If you give us some more information.... ie. The steps you have taken from the beginning! including filenames etc then I am sure someone may be able to help you. Some tips for getting the best out of the support available in the community: Give as much information as you can that is relevant. Outline the steps you have taken, detailing filenames, what you typed and very importantly, in what order you did them. Make sure to give the exact details of any error you encounter. This could be amongst other things: Error text at the command prompt An unexpected event on the phone. ie "stuck on green Android boot screen" or "Phone rebooted" Error messages on the phone. Etc. Etc. And MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL. SEARCH the forum. In most cases the issues you will have have already been seen and fixed in other threads, If you have done a thorough search and still gotten nowhere then follow the steps above and there are plenty of very knowledgeable and helpful people here with lots of good ideas and advice. Hopefully your phone will be working soon and you can enjoy it as many others on here do.

Guest lovelldr Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Maybe a silly question, but the boot.blade.superboot.mcri.r3.img file is in the same directory as where you are issuing the command from?! Otherwise you will get an error, since it can't find the file, and you have stated it's in the same directory as where you issued the command from...

Guest BigBearMDC Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 yea i have put in under the same directroy that y i find it funnt :P Okay, so the file is stored in ...\Desktop\fastboot\boot.blade.superboot.mcri.r3.img. If not it won't work. Also be sure to run cmd as administrator, although that shouldn't be a problem under Windows XP because all applications have got admin rights by default. Best regards, BB
