aps on sd-ext stopping working

my problem is this

for the last week some apps have stopped working on my phone. it seems to be ones that are installed on the sd-ext partition. theyll dissapear from the apps menu and the shortcut becomes a default android icon , which if i click informs me the app is no longer installed on the phone.

im using r9 wip with a2sd+ all had been working fine for some time before.

ive tried cooking and installing a new rom, ive wiped and factory reset, wiped the cache, wiped the battery, wiped and reformated the sd-ext partition and wiped the dalvik. but it is still happening.

starts off fine then im useing titanium to re install , id say its only getting about 1/3 to 1/2 the way through the process when the installing just freezes. ie tells me its installing the app but wont pass this screen or instal. once this has happened the market place does the same thing. so nothing can be installed or updated after this. and usually at this point the apps as i mentioned before disapear. rebooting the phone doesnt make a diference, exept the occasional abillity to update 1 app then it freezes again.

quick system info gives me this info

sd card free 4.94gb

a2sd storage total 0.89gb, free 677mb

internal storage total 148mb, free 82.28

system storage total 250mb, free 57.77

system cache total 40mb free 38.37mb

memory 100 mb free

Got exactly same problem on R8......
