no EMlist in Froyo

I installed the v1 release of Froyo, but after the factory reset and the *#*#307#*#* I didnt find the EMlist app.

Where is it?

I don't believe the engineering apps we're "baked" into this ROM, or whether they are even compatible with 2.2 (anyone know). Why do you need them?

There are several apps to manage the device. I need the GSM settings part, because my Streak connects only to EDGE (not 3G) until I step in this menu and check the "All" option.

Can I download the EMlist?

Try this...

Go into settings / Wireless & network settings / Mobile networks / Network Mode

Make sure that GSM / WCDMA auto is set

If you set WCDMA only, it wont use EDGE at all, just 3G.

Thanx, it works! Switched to 3G.

1. set to WCDMA

2. set back to Auto

But also I need the EMList for another things. Possible?

newby but found in another post that if u install adw launcher u can add emlist in 2.2

how? i see there in an emlist service in stock 2.2 but how activate?
