R4 issues?

So I am now running R4 after a complete cache wipe and factory reset. But it seems to have a load of issues.

1. It broke my task manager (Causes force close) lead to me having to manually delete

2. Battery is exactly the same as on R3!...Not very good!.

When my phone is taken off charge after a whole night it drops 1 bar (to around 75% I think) after literally 30-45 minutes of doing almost nothing (I used stopwatch app for about 30 minutes). Now over half empty after around 6 hrs off charge, with light use (a few phone calls, a little bit of 3G), background data and sync enabled.

3. Went into about phone and it says it's been unplugged for 53 minutes when its been almost 6hrs! Whats this about?

4. Slightly more sluggish and touch screen seems slightly less responsive.

5. Cant recieve email notifcations for my pop hotmail account.

Can any one help with any of these?
