Beginners Guide

I am brand new to this Forum. I am familiar with android and flashing ROMs. I am new to making my own though. I was wondering if there is a beginners guide to cooking your own ROMs using this online kitchen.

I have paid the subscription fee, but I am unable to find any guides or even where the kitchen is.
