Anyone help me? I'm a bit of a technophobe. I've purchased a San Francisco but I can't find how to move music etc to the phone from my computer.

Hi Phil

Connect phone via usb with supplied data cable, unlock phone, when asked select "mount", sd card will appear as removable disk on pc, transfer files to sd card, disconnect when finished and there they are, phone makes a good job of sorting them for you.
