Need help on rooting/flashing/debranding Orange SF.

This is my 1st andriod phone so could someone please explain to me how do i "root" my phone so all the orange stuff is wiped off my phone, and how can i install cutom themes.

Have looked throught a few threads but dont understand on how/what to do.

Please also tell me which "r" should i do "r1" "r2" "r3" "r4"
