Guest LUKE456 Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 Hi just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what to do, got my dell streak 13 days ago with 1.6 as standard from o2, decided not to believe all the bad publicity surrounding 2.1, so i updated it myself to build 8105, i have had none of the reported problems with the update. The problem which has no occurred is when i try to use the streak with my pioneer avh-p3100 head unit in my car. it simply comes up with unplayable format. Pre-updating to 2.1 it would work fine by letting the radio look at the sd card after selecting option 2 on the old menu which popped up when the streak is plugged into a usb port, transfer other files to/from computer. now with 2.1 the only option you get is mount, which doesn't seem to work, i have tried auto mount as read on a forum that if u dont select it quick enough then this problem can occur. is anyone else having the same problem? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Right also found out that it does work but using 2.1 seems to have slowed down the usb connection, even with automount the streak still makes it wait about 10 seconds, found this out using a goodmans tv, so im assuming that the radio simply times out. Is there anyway to speed it up without going back to 1.6???

Guest bosox0415 Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 I've tried with 2.2... No luck! Go to 2.2?
