Suggestions for bluetooth earphone?

I haven't looked at these for years, and have no idea if the SF has any particular quirks in this area. I find the speaker phone on the SF doesn't work particularly well (I can hear them fine, they can't hear me well), so thought one of these might solve the problem.

I don't want to spend a lot unless there's a huge step up in quality, any decent ones around the £20-30 mark?
