Launcher Pro and A2SD

I have been having trouble installing and using Launcher Pro with A2SD on my SF. I have a baked r4 ROM with a few tweaks and of course A2SD installed, I have a 4GB SD card which is partitioned 3.5GB FAT 512 EXT2 (as you do).

Its when I come to use Launcher Pro after downloading it off the market it doesnt work, I can push the home button and it doesnt load only vibrates. I tried using Menu Switcher and it crashes when trying to select Launcher pro.

Now what brought me to the conclusion it was a problem with A2SD was when I turned off my phone, took out the memory card and installed Launcher Pro onto the built in memory...It works...So I thought I'd leave it installed and put my SD card back in and it dissapears! No Launcher Pro...

I can't think of what to do. Thanks in advance for anyone help

EDIT, I have installed it with SD card, then tried putting SD card back into phone whilst it is on, No dice. Still causing problems and its not working :P

FIXED, I downgraded to a 2GB SD card with the same partitioning done (its now 1.5GB to 512mb) Launcher Pro installed perfectly no issues any more. I am never going to use this 4GB SD card in my phone again. Sorry for the wasted topic. No one replied anyway :P Thanks for the views
