Best Rom for my type of user?

I am looking for a rom which gives me the following:

- Extended battery life

- Hardly any bugs

- Use mostly pure android features (No custom dialers, contact books etc)

- no bloating software etc provided by orange.

I know that the de-orangeated rom gets rid of all orange stuff, but does it include any of the authors own customisation? and does it use the rubbish dialer and contact book supplied?
