Moving entire home screens of icons

Every now and then, through some random action whilst in my pocket, my entire homescreen ends up moving from the centre screen to another one. Is there a way to move a whole screen of icons?

I'm using 2.2 on a Desire.

Launcher Pro lets you use the trackpad/trackball to move screens - could it be that?
