Unlock code entered in incorrectly to many times.

Hi everyone.

I have recently aquired a dell streak that has settled a debt.

The issue is is that the previous owner decided to enter in the unlock code 10 times and has not stopped any sim card functioning within it.

Its a UK dell streak that was originally sim locked to o2.

It is pressently on firmware version 2.1. update -1 (Build 6941)

I have got SU access using Universal Androot beta 5.

Now even if insert a o2 sim card or any other sim card for that matter i get : NETWORK LOCKED More than 10 attempts were made to enter the pin

I was woundering if anyone knew how to clear or reset the counter with the SU access.

In the past i have rooted a unlocked g1 (this was unlocked using a code) and during the proccess the phone had forgotten that it had been unlocked and i had to enter the code in again.

Does anyone know if I can do the same thing with the dell streak?
