kdz_fw_upd 64 bit

I was using windows xp 32 bit when i flashed to the baltic 2.1 rom. iv since upgraded to windows 7 64 bit.

obviosly i wish to flash to the CPW 2.1 when it is released and was just wondering if kdz_fw_upd works on windows 7 64 bit or if anyone has successfully done it?

If so then do you need a different lg android driver for 64 bit or can you use the same one?

Hope someone can give me some advice or post their experiences with using the tool to flash under 64 bit windows.

Yeah it works fine, I had to flash my cousins GT540 using Win7 64bit. All you need to do is change the compatibility settings to XP Sp3 for KDZ-FW_UPD and Windows_enabler.exe

Yeah it works fine, I had to flash my cousins GT540 using Win7 64bit. All you need to do is change the compatibility settings to XP Sp3 for KDZ-FW_UPD and Windows_enabler.exe

You'll have to run Windows Enabler as an administrator too.
