Whats the best app for...

OK, what is the best app to get the following functionality:

Set conditions like:

If I am home (=within my predefined cell tower) turn off GPS and 3G, turn on WiFi

If I am home, switch on WiFi for 5 minutes every hour and force sync for weather/email/etc.

If I am on the move switch on 3G once every hour for five minutes and force sync for weather/email/etc.

If time between XYZ and ABC turn off all networks, maybe even the phone

If coming home (moving into my cell tower) automatically run an app / script

Any takers? Is there a one-in-all program available? I could do most of that with PhoneAlarm on my WinMob smartphone...

Have you download and setup the tasker?

If yes can you tell me how you determined that you are home? What is the exact setting?
