Froyo and 4OD

Been using Froyo for a few weeks now. One of the first tests of the new 2.2 for me was to watch an episode of the Peep show on the channel4.com. after installing flash 10.1 to my streak, this worked flawlessly. Since then it has stopped working twice the first time I just reflashed 2.2 and 4od worked fine again.

Now again I am unable to use the 4od, bbc iplayer is working fine.

Anyone else got similar problems or know of a cause? Conflicting apps maybe.

Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.

Ive had no problems on 4od. Watched the event on it the other night and worked perfectly. Its quite annoying how you cant select the full screen and volume buttons though, just seem to have to zoom in manually... :P

Most 4od content is also on Youtube so give that a go

I've noticed the itv player wont work on the stock browser it goes to the itv mobile site. But it does work on skyfire?

Solved it. Uninstalling adfree and manually removing the hosts file from system/etc folder has fixed 4od.

I think itv site is rubbish. Try tvcatchup

agreed but I like everything to work. tvcatchup is ok buy laggy even on wifi !

I know this is an old thread but just thought I would share this. The PS3 4OD and iplayer interfaces work well on the Streak...

Probably best to set your flash to always if you're gonna give this a try.
