Stuck on bootloading image after android green man

Hey all my san fran is stuck on the bootloading image just after the green android man, it just keeps looping.

I had r3 working fine then decided to try and get a2sd working. I was having trouble so flashed to r4 and tried again but still wouldn't work.

Then I went to the mount bit on clockworks and mounted the sd-ext and after that I had a2sd working.

I turned the phone off as it was getting late, then I tried earlier and now its stuck at the modaco image. cant turn off using power button can only turn off by removing battery.

I tried reflashing r3 and r4 but still the same. Also tried stock orange image but still just loops the orange logo and the firework thing or what ever it is.

Oh and under mount/storage nothing is mounted apart from /cache. Tried mounting everything but doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas?
