Guest sefo1979 Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 hi i need help with Apps2sd. i upgraded my phone via kdz to baltic rom. rooted using the 1 click root joestone method, i have installed SU, busy box etc so no problems there. i am having major problems when it comes to apps2sd 1 click method. my 8 gb card was formatted to fat 32 then 900mb ext2 partition created and both set as primary. i installed it back into the phone and it recognizes it no problem. i then went onto the joestone apps2sd including root. select option 4 it runs the script and finishes then reboot the phone using option 6. when checing my memory it has not changed and when i try to install an app it says not enough space. i am sure that i hve followed the method exactly so not sure what is causing the problem any help please????????
Guest geordieshaun Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Hi, I'm fairly sure i read somewhere that the ext partition has to be 512mb or less. May be worth trying a 512mb ext partition and see if it solves your problem. Cheers Shaun

Try formatting the card again, creating the two partitions, smaller for Ext2, and do the root the ol' fashioned way..theres a thread on it somewhere, I couldnt get joe's to work at all, on multiple phones, but doing the command way worked.. you can check my posts for that way, as i did post in it, what worked for me.
