Best Camera & Video-Camera Settings for the SF?

I've been trying out the different camera options,

The best videos I could take were with the following settings:

Video Quality: CIF

Video Encoder: MPEG4

Audio ENcoder: AAC

Is there a way of getting better video or higher resolution (VGA..) from the video-cam? Maybe thru other software, or new zte firmware?

I haven't played with the picture camera settings, I'm using these but judging by the options I'm sure the pictures could be made better. If someone has tried them out and knows of a good combination of settings please let me know:

White Balance: Auto

Anti Banding: Auto

Color Effect: None

Select location: sd

Select ISO: Auto

Picture size: 3M Pixaels

Picture Quality: Super fine

Focus mode: Auto

Sharpness: Level 2

Contrast: Level 2

Saturation: Level 2
