Can someone help me?

I'm trying to modify a theme for omnia titanium (NeoMix Dark" WQVGA RC by sv0911).

I translated the theme in french but now I need to change the shortcut sms in the bar down to plugin Chome, I search for files .cpr, .MSCR or in the registry but found nothing!

does anyone has an idea for me?

(sorry for english : google translate !!)
