file explorer / manager

I've searched several times and although I was sure I saw the answer the other day, I cant find it now

What is the best file explorer or manager to use for the Blade?

I want to be able to explore /delete files and want to remove some of the old orange things in the \data folder

I'm using Astro at the moment, but in /Data its showing as empty and nothing in there.

forgot to say I'm used the r3 Superboot for ZTE Blade

2.5.0/9 r2 ClockworkMod Recovery

and r4: MoDaCo Custom ROM
