SAN FRANCISCO SIM CARD

I did reset my phone to factories settings and since then does not recognize my sim card.

Please can anyone help me!

You have posted this in the Windows Phone section of the site, may be worth asking over in teh Android section as you may not get many replies on this part of the site.

I would remove the SIM make sure it is clean, replace and then reboot the phone and seeif it sees the card then.
