Each earpiece on the headphone has a different volume

Hi all,

i installed PowerAmp on my dell streak but couldnt get on with it so i uninstalled it however now when i listen to music through the headphones the right earpiece is very very quiet yet the left earpiece is fine. im using the standard headphones that came with the streak.

Has anyone else had this issue or no how to fix it? Im on Steve's Froyo v1.

ive not had any issue before so confused to why this is happening. i also dont want to re-flash the streak as ive got it set up exactly as i want it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried another set of headphones to make sure that isn't the issue?

Turns out it was the headphones!

I didnt even consider that it could be the headphones becuase they were the ones that came with the streak and ive only had them about 8 weeks. pretty poor quality from dell! i would think with the amount of money we spent on the streak that they would supply some decent headphones, the wernt even that comfy!
