Guest Richard_Arkless Posted October 27, 2010 Report Posted October 27, 2010 (edited) My sister just got her orange San Francisco (I would have bought one myself but im not ready to let go of my tmobile pulse as its still got some life in it) and its amazingly fast on mcr but I want to see how much faster it can get with these things overclocking jit swap a2sd (not a huge need as there is a lot of space in the internal storage) When will we see a rom with these enabled? I know that recently the source code for the kernel has been released so im surprised no one has created a custom kernel yet Edited October 27, 2010 by Richard_Arkless

Guest Richard_Arkless Posted October 27, 2010 Report Posted October 27, 2010 (edited) How do you do this? and is it beneficial? you look for lcd density changer in the market, there will be 2, the free version will be where it will temporarily change the density but after a reboot it will be reverted back to default and the paid one has an option under the settings to modify the setting which is in system meaning it loads the new setting on boot lcd density in noobs terms is that it makes everything smaller and allows you to get more screen space, with it being on 220 I can add 5 rows of widgets (you need to set it to 5 rows yourself and you need adw or launcher pro for that) and the app draw with a 5x5 setup and it looks just as nice as a 4 row/4x4 app draw setup This explains what I mean: http://androinica-serve.s3.amazonaws.com/w...09/lcd_home.png see how it has made everything smaller Edited October 27, 2010 by Richard_Arkless
