Problems with installing clockwork mod recovery

well i downloaded fast boot and clockwork mod recover put my blade on that green android screen go into command prompt type in:

cd\Documents and Settings\mehmet.MEHMET-11AF1948\Desktop\New Folder ---- because that is where everything is then i enter :

fastboot-windows flash recovery recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.9-modaco-r2-blade.img --- then as soon as i press enter i get bluescreen of death lol help - oh and another question if i install alpha froyo i understand it unlocks it but is it permenant what if i flash sebs rom would the unlock go?
