cant access wap

hi guys - when i tap on the internet icon on my home page....all i get is a white screen...seems i cannot connect to my tesco mobile wap nor can i connect using my home wifi...however i can connect to the market place and download apps, etc..youtube works fine.....i was removing some orange rubbish off the phone perhaps ive deleted something etc...any ideas ?.ta
