How to disable/uninstall some application on startup

Hello !

I'm new on Acer Liquid, so I hope this subject was not yet exists elsewhere (not found by search).

Yesterday I install Acer_LiquidE_4.504b.00 ROM from MbD on my Liquid. It's pretty nice, but I've seen some applications like socialjogger, can be killed (in preferences > application management ), but I can't uninstall it and this one is launch at each startup.

How can I uninstall (or disabled at startup) this kind of application ?
