Guest mobile579 Posted October 30, 2010 Report Posted October 30, 2010 I am considering purchasing a few apps from the market but would like to know what happens: 1. How do you pay - do you have to use Google Checkout? 2. Can you backup applications you have bought? 3. If you reinstall your phone are purchased apps associated with your account so you can download without paying again? TIA

But if you delete it you can get it again without paying! 3. It is linked with you're Google Account so if you get another Android phone you can sign in and get the same app without paying again!

Guest stottyb Posted November 1, 2010 Report Posted November 1, 2010 (edited) if you have paid for an app, and it gets an update do you have to pay for the latest version? or do you get that for free? no Well that was a helpful answer to a question loaded with two opposing positions. I believe the correct response should be no, you don't have to pay for the latest version, and yes you get it free. Edited November 1, 2010 by stottyb
