what to increase clock speed to for g2 htc tmobile

So what are people overclocking to that makes a difference?? On the tmobile network the so called 4g is really fast so...how fast is fast and what overclocking is noticeble?????

In other words will I see a difference going to 1000 or just go to 1400....I know the higher the number the faster it will go but where are the diminishing returns without frying the processor???
