Guest No Expert Posted October 30, 2010 Report Posted October 30, 2010 Hi, I'm trying to install the VM Heap tool, which requires BusyBox. However, when I try to install it I get forced close. I'm using Sebastian's R5 ROM, and have rooted the device using Universal Androot. SuperUser has correctly been installed and I can see other apps using it (for example Root Explorer). So the only issue is Busybox and the fact that it will not install. I have tried restarting after taking the battery out, but no luck. Any ideas, really appreciated.

Guest No Expert Posted October 31, 2010 Report Posted October 31, 2010 use the option on titanium backup to install busybox Hi, thanks. Firstly, I got the following error message in Titanium: "Sorry, I could not acquire root privileges. This application will *not* work! Please verify that your ROM is rooted and includes BusyBox and try again." The solution is to root the device AGAIN, then click the middle button in Titanium "Problems", which will then download Busybox. All, fixed now so please close this thread.
