2 Bluish Dots On Screen

Can anyone clarify what their purpose/use are?

They're the light level and proximity sensor (to turn off the display when its at your face-hole!)

You'll find these on many smart phones nowadays :) If you look at the iPhone in the right light you can see these same sensors, No manufacturing flaw at all :)
