Cannot turn off screen while charging

I enabled this in a setting but cannot remember which program enabled this. I have gone through all the settings that I can see but still cannot find the setting trying all the obvious areas. Have had to turn phone off to charge as its getting to hot.

just found the cause setting/application settings/development/stay awake - just unticked meh

Heh I did that once ;)

And I turned off "USB Debugging" once too then was completely dumbfounded when I lost root B)

Needless to say I wiped everything and flashed a new rom.. 2 seconds later someone posted on my help topic with the fix (Ticking the box) :D
