Bug: Backup cannot cope with files in use

SYMPTOM:

I just had a stupid error on my SPV using Orange Backup.

It can't backup a codewallet file cause it is in use apparently (well i did use it last night), so it suggested I close all programs and try again!

Either the backup program needs to be able to close programs itself, or there needs to be a timeout, so the phone shuts down programs if they are not used in the last hour (but best be user definable).

I did like the fact that the error stayed on the screen for a while and then backup continued with the rest of the files.

RESOLUTION:

Restart your phone before carrying out a Backup.
