is i possible to get the sense UI on the blade?

if so, how would one go about installing it?

It is possible but you have alot of work to do, it isnt just plug'n'play.

I've seen ports of Froyo senseUI to other phones, actually i just saw one over xda, but the guy had alot of work porting out the libs so sense could work.

Are you running r4 or Froyo? If you're running r4 this will work fine, if you're running Froyo you might want to look at the Framework factory V2 thread to find out how to make your notification bar a different colour.

but that is only home screen, and not full sense ui.

It may also be illegal to run Sense on the Blade, since it's HTC software, licensed to run on HTC devices. The major implication of this, is that if people openly advertise how to do it, and post the files online, HTC may try to crack down (fairly reasonably imho), which could affect other community HTC Android hacking.
