Quality Issues

Hi,

I'm going to get a friend to send me an Orange San Francisco from the UK. The only thing i'm a bit concerned about is there seems to be a few quality issues with the phones.

My friend can open the box and have a play with etc if need be, but are there any specific things he should look out for? That is, are the there any common hardware faults?

Any feedback would really help me out.

Some of those items look difficult to test but i'll use that as a template.
