WiFi tethering on 2.1 prob

I rooted my 2.1 and installed WiFi tethering, but it doesn't run because there's an error saying "No Netfilter", which apparently has something to do with a certain kernel.

I have not been able to find out how to get this enabled though.

Can anyone help?

Yes, I think that is the case.

Out of interest, have you tried Barnacle?

I am running Quarx and have the updated kernel which he released so can't actually test the error above for you.

There's the kernel, but if requires a ROM that has fastboot enabled...

If you look at the description it states Iptables/Netfilter which may or may not help you with the problem you have.

Barnacle however, also has a free version and works very well for me.
