Which firmware is best

Hello, I was wondering which is the best firmware to update. Im currently on v20b and have a sim free phone and I am also English. Many thanks :)

It depends in which country you live. If you live in the Baltic region, the V20B is the best rom for you, but if you live elsewhere in Europe, then V20A (European international) is the best. It has most of the European languages.

Yes, Turkish language is available in the European Open ROM.

Is there a ROM available in ASIA, specially in the Philippines? Right now I'm here in Dubai UAE and I used the Baltic ROM, so far its running great. Next year I'm going back to the Philippines and I want to use ROM in my region. So please if anybody found this ROM do send me the link. Thanks,
