Recent Running Apps

I recall that there was an indication when the first version of liquid's behavior when you hold down the home key will show mini screen cast of the recent running apps, however, we only get icons from now.

Did I remember it wrong? if it was true, can we get that back somehow?

i think that was a part of donut.

That is why they have made the acer UI , which has a screenshots of history, if you swipe to the left

Yes, it still works in MIUI and stock Froyo with Android UI... what are you running?

Actually in MiUI it gives the option to terminate "task killer" these so you don't need install one.

i totally agree. the task switcher of the liquid original rom is for my personal opinion best solution that the actual task switcher of froyo or eclair

My Android Switcher Widget does actually a similar thing but with running apps...

darn it! only thing that is better from the 1.6 over 2.1 or 2.2!! apparently android 1.5 had screen rotation animation like iphone, but they removed it ?? what is the deal with removing eye candy stuff google?

I looking for something with screen previews :) but thanks for the widget!
