can't download pc sync for lg optimus540

Hello everyone,

I have a problem trying to download and install the pc sync software from my just bought lg optimus gt540.

I have windows vista and 7 in my pc. I installed the drivers for the usb, and after the installation my pc recognizes the cell phone properly. However, when I try to download the pc sync installation program and/or the manual, it just doesn't go. after 5 minutes i receive a message like "download can't be started, impossible to conect with the server".

I tried in both vista and 7 several times and the problem couldn't be solved...

I have the exact same problem.

When trying to update or download the manual it just sits there for 5 mins and then comes back with "Cannot connect to server".

I've been trying over the last few days to no avail.

I've checked all the normal stuff like firewall, etc. and have noticed that a few people seem to have the same issue.
