Screen has got water into it somehow, screen is showing clouding in the corners, and touch screen isn't responding.

Water damage indicators are white.

I've unscrewed all visible screws, plus the one under the white sticker in the top corner. But I can't work out how to disassemble it.

How do I prise this apart?

Alright i've disassembled it (and partly cracked the outer plastic screen (with san fran written on it) while doing it).

Cleaned the water from the foam surround, but the screen still doesn't respond to touch. What do I need to check/do?

This is how you take it apart if I remember correctly, unfortunately i'm not at home so I can't give accurate instructions, you do this at your own risk:

After taking off the back cover and all screws You need to find a spot between the front part(digitizer) and the inside(the part where you stick the battery), stick sth really thin like a flat 00 screwdriver and pry it open slowly like taking off the back cover but a little harder. preferably start in one of the corners and move on the sides. This will take off the digitizer but not its connector to the main board so be careful not to damage it. after that you need to take off the board with the screen out of its black cover, again by sticking something thin at a weak point and moving on the sides. When you manage to take that off you should be able to see the digitizer connection, dont pull it out theres a lever-kind of strap in which you must lift up. the same goes for the screen. i don;t think you'll want to go any further and this will break your warranty

Have you dried it out properly, leave it in uncooked rice for a few days.
