Stuck on green android and wiating for device

I have tried to get rid of all the orange stuff off my SF and have done something seriously wrong...I have done the superboot etc, but when I tried the .tar.gz file it has left it on the green android screen and when trying connecting to the computer and fastbooting etc the command prompt stays on waiting for device.

I have tried re-installing the drivers and also on another computer but it was not use.

Can anyone suggest what I can do now?
