Hi, I installed the rom r4 paul, but when I close an application or a program or anything (going with the back arrow), the program is always running me until I go into taskmanager and I "close all" .. .. how can I do to close the programs every time I go out without letting them remain in the background?

I understand this as normal operation on the Android OS - applications usually continue to run in the background - not many applications have an exit option.

You can use an automatic task killer but generally these can cause more problems than what they are worth. Just search the market for "task killer" - Advanced Task Killer seems the most popular but as already noted you shouldn't need one.

extactly "Automatic task killer" is good for this all you have to do is tick the apps you want to exit its kill them for you.

This isn't your home computer with 2 megs of ram, the phone got 512, which is enough to run all the programmes you'd ever need in the background having them available whenever the need arises.

Have a look at the ram usage on a windows system, most of the precious ram you paid for is empty, on a linux system most of it will be used, it's just a different philosophy.

you're right, however, background programs also consume a lot of battery .... so better to close
