Installed r3 and phone gets stuck on Android logo

Hello All

I am a bit of a noob that would appreciate some assistance.

I got the SanFran and flashed successfully. Got the new icon in the apps screen. Happy days.

I then put the r3 image on on to the SD card. Think this is where I messed up. I changed the file name of boot.blade.superboot.mcri.r3.img to the .gz one and put this on the memory card.

Now when I turn it on I get stuck on the Green Android man and the only way I can turn the power on or off is removing the battery. Phone is not recognised by laptop. I checked the card on a reader and the file came back as .flashed, so am presuming it's an issue with the ROM I am using.

Is there anyway I can reset to the stock ROM?

Any help would be most appreciated!
