GT540 Cannot connect to PC after CW Rom Update

Hi Guys

I have been following the rom updates and had the Baltic black installed and ap2sdcard installed also. All quite happily and then I decided to see what the Carphone Warehouse rom was like. Now I cannot get the phone to connect to the PC, Have tried everything I have read and still no luck. multiple driver installs dont work. Cannot even flash it back to Baltics because of this. I can mount my sd card fine but nothing else. Please help someone.

Also make sure Mass Storage mode isn't checked in the settings
