I'm running Paul's R4 (via Clockwork Recovery) and am a very happy bunny. I notice that within the applications listing (Menu-Settings-Applications-Manage Applications) there are several apps shown which are presumably leftovers from the Orange stock rom, e.g com.orange.homescreen and com.orange.setupwizard. Many are sized at 0Kb, but some show a memory allocation. Is it OK to delete these (through Titanium's Chuck Norris mode) or do they have some particular purpose within the SF's coding? I'm assuming that others also have these apps.

I got rid of them by wiping the data/factory & cache partitions using clockworkmod Recovery, then re-install R4, backup your apps with titanium first.
