Stuck after attempt to boot to 1.1.2

I for some reason cannot get the proper combination to sucessfully boot. I have used fastboot to install stock and clockwork recovery along with other versions/flavors or android. I am even able to flash to a zip file, but after reboot or factory defaults, I still end up stuck at the dell logo screen. I have even taken the SD card out, copied different update.pkg files or zip files to it in attempt to get one to boot.

Any ideas or does anyone know of a combination to get a bootable device? I was on 2.1 prior to my attempt to go to 1.1. then to 1.2 after 1.1 did not boot.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can assist.

Note- also I see my issue was not going to 2.2 then going to 1.1.0, but hind sight is... you know.
