How do i turn off the unlock vibration?

Hi guys i turned off haptic feedback but i just noticed still that whenever you unlock the SF silent or not it makes a short vibration any ideas as to how to stop that?

PS is there a good widget that lets you turn silent on without having to lock the screen and unlock it, or going into settings?

I use "mute" from the market. the free one by Marko Mitic.
