Made an ultra lite rom in german for all the users, that do not want titanium as their shell.

So you are able to install Manila, iphonetoday, spb mobile shell, wp7host or just use the windows default shell. In V2 Titanium is kept in rom without any modifications.

Dial-Up Networking is working in this version again (Thx to Cappuccina for testing it so quickly)

• WM 6.5.3 with XIP/SYS ported from 21680
  
• removed sys: autoupdate, entertainment, sample music, skybox, skymarket, sqlcemobile, themes, welcome center, windows live, widgets, enterprise
  
• removed samsung apps: all except camera, dialer, xt9, settings
  
• added tools: autoclose patch 1.1, dotfred task manager (includes regedit), mortscript (for titanium), htc sensor dll, uc_net, chome editor
  
• added tweaks: pagepool is 12 mb, windows sms is default sms app, taskbar shows battery percentage. startmenu has 4 grids, better gps driver, w/l button mapped to bt (press once) and wifi toggle (press twice)

  With UC_NET you can automatically install all your favourite cabs silently and/or controlled.

  [*]Create XDA_UC folder on your storage card.

  [*]Put your cabs (or .reg, .mscr, .cer files) in XDA_UC, if you want them installed silently

  [*]Put your cabs in XDA_UC\manual, if you want to install them with normal dialogue

  [*]Put your files in XDA_UC\Copy2Root, which should be copied to the root of your device

  [*]Put your self-extracting archives in XDA_UC\Run

  [*]Put your self-extracting archives in XDA_UC_Execute if UC_NET should go on while extracting

Ich habe alle in der Pipeline, bei denen steht UPLOADING FIX.

Jedes braucht ca. 40 Minuten, das 21680 ist das 6te, das erste braucht noch 25 Minuten.

Kurze frage wann ist die den ca. fertig hochgeladen?? dann benchmarke ich direkt die neue Version!

Danke für die info! Jetz muss du mir nur noch verraten was du an der Hardware tastaur geändert hast? Ich hab da bisher keine Probleme festgestellt oder hab ich was übersehen?? :rolleyes: was ja durchaus passieren kann!!

:D :angry: Wo hast du das Deutsche Manila her? :angry: :angry: Ich suche schon Ewig danach. :o :P Da du ja der Einzige bist der ihn Deutsch die Rom macht Lese ich und Teste deine Roms auf Alltagtauglichkeit so ihn 2 Wochentakt bzw je nachdem was ich von dir Finde.

Habe Momentan das hier drauf German ULTRA LITE ROM WM 6.5.3 Build 21680.5.3.9 da ich glaubte das das Manila auch gleich dabei ist. Leider nicht. Sonst machst du einen Super Arbeit sind um Welten schneller als die Original Versionen. Bin mal Gespannt was noch von dir kommt. Die Letzte Version was ich getestet habe ( 23146.5.10 ) sind mir die ihn Samsung Telefonbuch die Nummer 2 x Verschwunden und weiters konnte ich bei den Fave People die Bilder nicht einfügen. Bilder sind nur 70 kb gross und ihn JPG Format ( sind auf Speicherkarte ihn Ordner) bzw auch zum Betrachten ging es nicht. :rolleyes: :huh: Was der Hammer wäre wenn du bei den was du Eigenständig gemacht hast noch das Wetter von Sense Integrieren könntest und Vielleicht auch Verschiederne Uhren Typen ( Analog etc.). :huh: :D

hab das ROM jetzt schon seit ner Weile drauf und muss sagen, ich bin total zufrieden damit. Hab auch schon einige Sachen probiert. Hatte zeitweise SPB MobileShell drauf und jetzt hab ich Samsung Today + meine eigenen "Skins" dafür drauf.

Bin total begeistert, würd auch am liebsten alles auf einmal drauf packen. Hab auch das Start Menu ersetzt für noch mehr Ram, gerade bei Mobile Shell total zu empfehlen.

Jedenfalls würde ich jetzt doch gerne mal wieder Titanium ausprobieren. Und nicht extra ein neues Rom dafür flashen.

Weiß jemand wie ich das wieder installieren kann. Hab versucht mich ein wenig durchzusuchen, aber kein anständige Lösung gefunden. Oder total überlesen.

Glaube das es nicht so einfach ist, da es ROM abhängig ist und hab auch noch keine .cab dafür entdecken können.

@Thunder vielleicht kannst du mir die Dateien geben, die ich dafür brauche, die du aus dem ROM rausgenommen hast. Wenn sowas überhaupt geht und du die Dateien noch hast. ;-)

Ansonsten muss ich wohl doch nochmal flashen, wüßte nur grad wieder keine alternative. Und es gibt ja auch dank Thunder so viele! :P

I use this ROM now for a while and have to say I'm totally happy with it. I've already tried a few things. I had SPB Mobile Shell and now I use Samsung Today + my own "skins" for it.

I am totally satisfied, would also prefer to try everything at once. Have also replaced the Start Menu for more Ram, totally to recommend when using Mobile Shell.

Anyway, I would now like to try it Titanium again. And not want to flash a new rom for it.

Does anyone know how I can reinstall it. I've tried to search a bit but have not found a decent solution. Or totally ignored it.

Believe that it is not so easy because it depends on the ROM Build and have not yet discoveres a .Cab

@ Thunder maybe you can give me the files, which I do need, you've taken out of the ROM. If it is possible and you still have the files. ;-)

Otherwise I'll have to flash again, but I don't know any alternative for now. And there are also so many.

For removing Titanium I left out Chome Folders and Bronze folders.

Added them for you, perhaps you manage to make a cab of it or something similiar

Otherwise let me know, I can make this rom as v2 with titaniun kept in the rom. But this might take a while until finished.

- Sometimes the Taskmanager overlaps with the "close" Button in bottom right corner and the Symbols of it with "Free RAM" and the opened Application in the TopBar...

- How can I extend the PowerOnTime? Nothing found in Windows- or SamsungSettings (only Backlight adjustment) (Oh man... feeling like a noob :P )

yes, close buttons is a never ending story in wm 6.5.x. Sometimes works, sometimes not. I think, you must live with those little things.

:D Thanks for pointing it out. Haven't noticed this App before. Don't like WP7 that much, but this looks nice. Just saw a video on YouTube. Will give it a try.

Honestly I don't think I will manage to make a cab or anything like that :P But I found a .cab in i8000 Forum from a je1 ROM. And it works somehow.

Its in english of course but thats not a big deal. For playing around with themes etc. it would be nice to have it cooked in the Rom though, but then it would not be an real ultra lite rom. Right?:D Its up to you, maybe just plain Titanium without customization. But don't bother my request :D nevermind....

Will try different themes and Apps for now! :lol:
