Upgraded to froyo, downgraded, now lots of errors

So I upgraded to the r4 custom rom and all was well. Then I got greedy and tried the froyo alpha. It didn't seem to work as well as I liked so I went back to r4. Problem is now it's saying various apps aren't responding etc. Any ideas how I can fix this? I've cleared cache and reinstalled a few times from the recovery menu but to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Did you re-flash the 2.1 update / rom?

If so did you remember to wipe Data and Cache? :rolleyes:
