Pulse boot animation HELP !!?!?

Hmm i am new in this so i've tried to make my own boot animation but the boot screen is continuing to loop over and over ... so i was wondering what am i missing ???

I've got 93 frames and desc file like this

320 480 30p

0 0 part0

and the zip folder is 3,50mb

When i say loop again and again i mean the phone never starts i was waiting it to turn on about 30 min and nothing ... i have must to do nandroid backup to fix it .
